Fort Collins Criminal Attorneys

About Schwartz, Waible & Esser

As Fort Collins criminal attorneys, we believe in client focus and ensuring that our clients have a full understanding of their rights and the legal process they are involved in. At Schwartz, Waible & Esser, our roles as counselors-at-law extend beyond simple courtroom interaction with our clients, and we adamantly encourage any questions or concerns that may be raised throughout the legal process. We understand that the impact of being charged with a criminal offense spans beyond our client to their families, and we strive to treat every individual involved with the respect and attention they deserve.

Our practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, juvenile counsel, DUI cases, drug offenses, divorce, mediation, and legal separation, and our many years of experience allow us to skillfully defend all degrees of misdemeanors and felonies.
